Standard Stay Length
A minimum stay of three nights allows guests time to settle into their surroundings, establish a routine, and relax in their home away from home.
Overnight Stay – $100 per night

⭐ Extended Stay Benefit
Returning guests enjoy 10% off the accommodation rate for stays of 10 nights or more (excludes optional extras).
Each guest enjoys personalised care in a calm, home environment as the only guest in residence with their own Luxury Cavoodle Suite for rest and relaxation throughout their stay.
Chloe’s Place is designed especially for toy and mini cavoodles (up to approximately 10kg), with other small, calm oodle mixes welcome where suitable.
This ensures a peaceful stay with plenty of attention, comfort, and companionship.
On rare occasions, and at the host’s discretion, two well-behaved dogs from the same family may be considered to stay together. An additional $70 per night applies for the second guest.
The Chloe’s Place Experience
Every guest enjoys a calm and comfortable home environment, including their own Luxury Cavoodle Suite, as well as:
• Daily neighbourhood walks
• Indoor enrichment and gentle playtime
• Access to a secure patio and grassed area
• Doggy door access while supervised
• An indoor artificial grass toilet area if needed
• A securely fenced yard and safe indoor spaces
• A peaceful home environment
For safety, the doggy door is closed whenever we leave the home, while indoor facilities remain available.
Indoor and outdoor cameras may be used only when we are not home to monitor the wellbeing of visiting dogs.
Luxury Cavoodle Suite Details
A private, luxury retreat within Chloe’s guest room, featuring a queen-sized bed with soft, cosy bedding for ultimate comfort.
Each guest enjoys a calm, relaxed, home-style sleep environment, with gentle bed steps for safe access, TV companionship, a soft night light, and optional lullaby music to support a soothing bedtime routine.
Designed for cavoodles and similar small, calm oodle mixes, because every oodle deserves this level of comfort.

Daily Photos & Updates – Included
Daily Coat Care (Comb & Spray) – $5 per day
A gentle comb and conditioning spray to help keep your oodle’s coat tidy and comfortable.
Oodle Pamper – $40
Includes a warm bath, gentle blow dry, full coat comb and conditioning spray so your oodle returns home clean and fresh.

Available locally by arrangement.

Booking Information
Guest Requirements
To maintain a calm and comfortable environment, visiting guests should be:
• Friendly with other dogs
• Comfortable around children
• Fully vaccinated
• Toilet trained
• Comfortable being left for short periods
• Free from severe coat matting
• Generally calm and not prone to excessive barking
Medication may be considered depending on your dog’s needs. Please discuss this prior to booking.
What to Bring
To help your dog settle comfortably, please bring:
• Their regular food
• Lead or harness
• A bed or blanket from home
• A favourite toy if desired
Familiar items often help cavoodles feel at home more quickly.
Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed following an initial meet and greet and deposit.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your cavoodle’s stay, as we host a limited number of guests to ensure personalised care.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your cavoodle’s arrival to ensure a smooth and relaxed check-in experience.
Drop-off and pick-up times are arranged in advance to ensure a calm arrival for every guest.
Photography
Photos of visiting cavoodles may be shared on the Chloe’s Place website or social media to showcase happy guests, unless owners prefer otherwise.
A Day at Chloe's Place
Every guest enjoys a calm, home-style routine designed to help them settle comfortably and feel safe.
Morning
Guests enjoy a relaxed start to the day followed by a neighbourhood walk and breakfast according to their usual routine.
Daytime
The day includes companionship, indoor enrichment, gentle playtime and supervised access to the verandah and secure grass area.
Afternoon
Guests can relax indoors or out, enjoy quiet time, or spend time with Chloe depending on their temperament and energy levels.
Evening
Dinner is served according to your dog’s normal schedule, followed by a relaxed evening in the home environment.
Bedtime
Each guest has full access to the Luxury Cavoodle Suite, a private retreat within Chloe’s guest room, featuring a queen-sized bed with soft, cosy bedding. The suite includes gentle bed steps for safe access, along with TV companionship, a soft night light, and optional lullaby music to support a calm, soothing bedtime routine.
Guests are also free to sleep where they feel most comfortable within the home. For those who prefer their own bed, familiar bedding from home can be accommodated, and crate-trained dogs are also supported, with their crate set up where they feel most comfortable to maintain their usual routine.
