Dates are not held or reserved. Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates are only confirmed once your deposit has been received and your booking confirmation has been issued.

🕒 Drop-Off (Check-in): 4:00pm – 6:00pm

If these times don't suit your travel plans, alternative drop-off times between (1:00pm - 2:00pm) may be available by prior arrangement with Chloe's Place, subject to availability. A $30 fee applies if approved.


🕒 Pick-Up (Check-out): 10:00am – 11:00am

Late pick-up (11:00am – 12:00pm) must be pre-arranged at booking and is available for a $30 fee. Ideal for shorter stays or a more relaxed departure.


Adhering to these times allows us to properly prepare the space and ensure a smooth, calm transition between guests, as we host one dog at a time.


If you are travelling, please plan accordingly, as collections outside these hours may require an additional night’s stay.

Pamper Session: Bath, Blow Dry & Brush - $40

A warm bath, gentle blow dry and brush so your dogs remain clean, fresh and looking their best.

Baths are spaced throughout your dog’s stay for comfort and cleanliness. How many baths would you like per dog?

Coat Care – $5

A gentle brush, comb and conditioning spray to keep your dog’s coat tidy and comfortable.

The information provided above will be added to your dogs' existing Care Profile to help us prepare for their upcoming stay

🐶 To help your dogs settle comfortably, please bring:

• Their regular food, along with any treats or snacks

• Their collar and lead or harness

• A bed, blanket, or an item of clothing that smells like home

• A favourite toy (optional)
