Before completing this form, your oodle must first attend a successful Meet & Greet with Chloe. Please book a Meet & Greet prior to submitting your enrolment details if you havent already done so.

Once approved, please complete the New Guest Booking Form below. It takes around 10 minutes and allows us to create a personalised profile for your oodle’s upcoming stay and future stays at Chloe's Place. Once submitted, we’ll send through your invoice, including any selected extras and the deposit total required to confirm your booking.

Booking & Date Holding Policy

Requested dates will be held for 48 hours after the Meet & Greet. During this time, your booking form must be completed and returned so your invoice can be issued.

Your deposit must then be received within the 48-hour hold period to secure your stay.

As availability is limited, dates cannot be held beyond this timeframe and may be released to other enquiries.

To welcome you to Chloe’s Place, you’ll receive a $20 credit towards your stay.

Late pick-up (12–2pm) must be pre-arranged at booking and is available for a $30 fee. Ideal for shorter stays or a more relaxed departure.

Adhering to these times allows us to properly prepare the space and ensure a smooth, calm transition between guests, as we host one oodle at a time.

If you are travelling, please plan accordingly, as collections outside these hours may require an additional night’s stay.
