Booking & Date Holding Policy

Dates are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. To tentatively hold your requested dates while completing your Day Visit, a $60 fee is required. This fee will be credited towards your stay following a successful Day Visit.

A 50% deposit is then required to secure and confirm your overnight holiday booking.

If the Trial Visit is not completed or the deposit is not received, the dates will be released and may be offered to other guests.

Our Day Visit gives your dog the opportunity to become familiar with my home, meet myself and resident Toy Cavoodle Chloe, and settle into our daily routine before an overnight stay.

During the visit, I'll assess how your dog settles, interacts with Chloe, and adapts to my home environment to ensure Chloe's Place is the right fit for everyone.

• Returning guests who have not stayed at Chloe's Place within the past 12 months

Fee: $60

If your overnight booking is confirmed following a successful Day Visit, the $60 fee will be credited towards the total cost of your stay.

Day Visits are available by invitation following a successful enquiry and are subject to availability around current overnight bookings.
